Listen #3 that I don't get the chance to record is: LISTEN TO YOUR MENTORS. Because only a humble leaders seek for mentors.

Dan kesimpulan terakhir dari sesi ini adalah:

A leader must constantly growing.
When leader stop growing, his members will stop growing too.
How? Be humble!

Aku pribadi paling menyukai bagian ini dari keseluruhan session. Saat Bo berkata: "When your customer stops buying from you, you don't say 'Bad customers!'". That is just so true. And I like this line too: "When your members stop attending your meeting, there is nothing wrong with your members. There is something wrong with your meeting." Haha. That's, once again, is just sooo true.

Hope you'll be blessed with my documentation of this session. Let's change Indonesia by being a better leader.
